Refund policy

Production times: Between 7 - 10 working days. This excludes delivery times.

Delivery: We deliver to mainland UK addresses only via Royal Mail 2nd class postage free for all orders over £25.

Returns: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee across all items, excluding earrings and personalised items. Simply return the items, along with the packaging they came with. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch via the Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Workshops: 

Plans change, and we understand that! If you change your mind, or life gets in the way and you can’t make it to our workshop, we will refund you 100% of the ticket/s price given 3 days notice.

If you request a refund with less than 3 days notice, but more than 24h, we’ll refund you 50% of the total price of ticket/s booked. This is because, at this point in time, we already incurred costs expecting your attendance.

Refund requests made less than 24h of the workshop will not be granted.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
