  • Clean and polish with soft cloth
  • Remove when entering water
  • Avoid direct contact with perfume and lotion
  • Remove before sleeping
  • Remove before exercising
  • Store in a closed bag or box

Once in awhile, give them a good scrub with washing up liquid and lukewarm water.
